Payment terms and methods
The price is payable when ordering, except in cases specifically determined between WEB EFFECT and the buyer. Payments can be made by Paypal or by credit card. Payments made by bank card will be made through the secure Paypal intermediary or via the Mollie secure payment systems or, depending on availability, the secure ATOS system hosted on the Société Générale bank website, so that the information transmitted are encrypted by software and that no third party can become aware of them during transport on the network. The possibility of paying in 3 installments free of charge is also offered to you via the Alma payment system, if you are a French customer and use a French credit card. You can also select payment by bank transfer or check. However, the processing of these two means of payment takes longer because the products ordered, which will be reserved for you at the time of your order, can only be shipped after receipt and collection of your transfer or check. Packages are generally prepared and shipped the same day or no later than 24 hours after receipt of your payment. For France, the delivery time after shipment is usually 2 working days, but may vary depending on the shipping method. We also ship your orders on Saturday morning. Except in special cases, the products are stored in mainland France.
The standard shipping method is, depending on the case, the tracked letter or the tracked Colissimo, delivered with or without signature. If you would like a signature delivery or a faster shipping method like Chronopost, an additional cost applies, please contact us.

Product Warranty Does Not Cover Aircraft Which Have Been Flown – Due to the complex nature of the RC hobby and the literally unlimited number of factors which can lead to flight mishaps, our manufacturers DO NOT offer a warranty on aircraft that have been flown. It is imperative that you perform all necessary pre-flight checks before flying your aircraft for the first time.
Product Warranty Does Not Cover Modified Products – Modifying the product in any way voids the warranty offered by our manufacturers. This includes painting, gluing, cutting, soldering, modifying electrical connectors on Motors / ESCs / Batteries, or modifying an aircraft airframe. If you attempt to return a product which has been modified, your warranty claim will be denied, and the product will be returned at your expense.
We Reserve The Right To Provide Replacement Parts - If you have purchased a product and discover a defective part(s), we will provide the part or parts necessary to correct the issue and bring your model to working condition. We will not provide a replacement model in the event of a defective part(s). If the part you need is out of stock or unavailable as a spare part, we will provide a suitable replacement or special order the part from the manufacturer. Be sure to check the functionality and condition of all parts before assembling and gluing your model, so parts replacement is possible. The customer is responsible for installing any and all replacement parts.
Manufacturers Require Evidence Of Warranty Defect – If you discover a product issue you will be required to provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue. We know this can be a bit inconvenient, however, this is a requirement of our manufacturers and will help ensure the timely processing of your warranty claim. For higher value items or more complex warranty cases, you will be required to return the product before a warranty claim will be authorized.
Certain “Fit And Finish” Imperfections Are Not Covered By Warranty – Small areas of missing paint, paint over-spray, chipped decals, imperfect decal application, hairline cracks in fiberglass, slight warp in foam surfaces, small wrinkles in foam surfaces, gaps in between foam beads, slight gaps between assembled balsa or foam pieces, and minor dents or dings in the foam surface will not affect the performance of the model and, therefore, are not covered by our manufacturer’s warranty. If you are unhappy with the fit and finish of your model, please keep all parts new and unassembled, keep all packaging, and contact us to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Electronic Part and Accessory Warranties Do Not Cover Loss Of products – Customer installed electronic products such as aircraft gyros, electronic speed controls, EDF power systems, LiPo batteries, receivers, and servos are covered by the standard warranty. However, the warranty of these electronic products does not extend to the model in which the product was installed. Therefore, if the electronic part fails and results in the loss or damage of your aircraft, boat, or vehicle, only the electronic part will be eligible for warranty repair / replacement.
Clearance and Open Box Items or "Crash & Dent sale" Are NOT Covered By Warranty - All such items are sold "AS IS" and are not covered by our warranty. Please read the product condition description carefully before purchasing these items.
Warranties are Non-Transferable - Our warranty is for the original purchaser only. If the original purchaser sells an item to another party, the warranty does not transfer to the new buyer.

It also does not apply to the repair of damage resulting from a cause external to the device (for example an accident, shock, lightning, storm, the presence of water , (and more generally any foreign bodies in the device, current fluctuation, oxidation, etc.), installation or connection not in compliance with the manufacturer's specifications or requirements, use with elements other than those originally supplied, use harmful to the good conservation of the product, professional use, the use of unsuitable peripherals, accessories or consumables, or even devices disassembled or modified.
Any intervention by the After-Sales Service will be invoiced if the faulty operation is due to normal wear and tear of the item, negligence, adjustment or use error or lack of maintenance on the part of the owner.

Contact us before making any product return to obtain an authorization and a return number as well as our instructions for making it. Electronic parts and accessory warranties do not cover product loss - Customer-installed electronic products such as aircraft gyroscopes, controllers, electric or kerosene turbine systems, LiPo batteries, receivers and Servos are covered by Motion RC's standard warranty. However, the warranty for these electronic products does not extend to the model in which the product was installed. Therefore, if the electronic part fails and results in loss or damage to your aircraft, boat or vehicle, only the electronic part will be eligible for warranty repair/replacement.

The procedures for exercising the legal guarantee are provided for in Articles L. 217-4 to L. 217-12 of the Consumer Code (legal guarantee of conformity):
Article L.217-4: The seller delivers goods that comply with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The responsibility of the company WEB EFFECT cannot be implemented if the non-execution or the delay in the execution of one of its obligations described in these general conditions of sale results from a case of force majeure. As such, force majeure means any external, unforeseeable and irresistible event within the meaning of article 1148 of the Civil Code. Are considered as cases of force majeure or exceptional events by law the LOCK-OUT, strike, total or partial work stoppage at WEB EFFECT or at its suppliers or service providers, epidemic, war, requisition, fire, flood, interruption or delay in transport, legal or administrative measures preventing, restricting, delaying or prohibiting the manufacture or importation of the goods, etc. WEB EFFECT is released from all liability upon delivery. The seller will keep the Buyer informed in a timely manner of the cases and events listed above.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general conditions of sale is subject to French law. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Nanterre - France.
